CARROT CAKE
The first ingredient is fresh organic carrots! An entire pound of carrots in every batch! Carrots & apples have long been the go to for horse treats so we had to add this one to our lineup. This cookie is lightly sweetened with organic blue agave. A low glycemic organic sweetner, it is slowly absorbed preventing spikes in blood sugar. Plus since it is 25% sweeter than sugars we use even less!

Ingredients: fresh organic carrots, organic rolled oats, organic oat bran, whole grain oat flour, organic apple juice, organic blue agave, a pinch of organic cinnamon.
PERFECT PIAFFE (molasses)
The traditional cookie, a classic favorite, but as you can see molasses is not the first ingredient listed. Or the 2nd or 3rd! We take pride in bringing you cookies with healthier options. Our organic molasses is fair trade & Kosher certified. So not only is it sustainably farmed but a fair price is paid directly to the farmers.

STAKES WINNER (apple)
Apples & horses seem to go hand in hoof, so this was a no brainer! Made with fresh Red Delicious apples (local red apples when in season). Red apples are naturally so sweet we only add a touch of local honey. We leave the nutritious skin on when we puree them, which you can see in the cookie.

GRAND PRIX (coconut)
Our most popular cookie! This is also the cookie we most often hear the humans eating.  Like with all our cookies we do not skimp on the good stuff, organic coconut is the 2nd ingredient, & we top off the cookie with large organic coconut flakes. There is much written on the health benefits of coconut (read more). They are high in Omega 3s, which is an anti-inflammatory & a good fat that can has been known to add shine to your coat, mane & tail. This cookie also contains flaxseed often used for a healthy coat. (coconut flavor not available in mini-bites)

PEPPERMINT PATTIES
We came up with this cookie for the holiday season, but due to popular demand we kept it! This cookie comes in the shape true to it's name, round. The Peppermint Patties come in an assortment of small, medium & large. We use organic peppermint oil & organic vanilla for this delicious candy shop aroma & taste. You won't find any candy or corn syrup here. No sticky mess! *not available in mini-bites

Raspberry Apple Squares

These delicious treats are made up of our apple cookie, soft baked with organic raspberry puree baked in the middle. How do we know they are delicious? Very popular as a snack around the barn with people! The flavor of the raspberry is very bright, sweet, & candy-like with no candy! A great treat for an extra special job well done.

*Due to these treats being "soft-baked" they are not intended to hang around the barn as long as our cookies can. We recommend ordering in small quantities.
